Founder & Director
With over a decade of hands-on experience in high-end paving and landscape construction, Joshua Furmage has built a reputation for transforming outdoor spaces into timeless works of art. What began as a single-man operation has evolved into one of Western Australia’s most trusted names in custom paving, stonework, and outdoor design.
Guided by precision, integrity, and an unrelenting pursuit of excellence, Joshua brings a unique perspective to every project — blending technical mastery with artistic vision. His approach is deeply rooted in craftsmanship, detail, and accountability; every line, every joint, and every stone must meet the standard he sets for himself and his team.
As a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitor and lifelong student of discipline, Joshua carries that same mindset into his work — commitment, patience, and respect for process. Each project reflects those values: strength, structure, and purpose.
Under his leadership, Straight Paving has grown into a full-service landscape construction firm specialising in wet-lay stonework, crazy paving, and design-driven outdoor environments that elevate both lifestyle and property value.

Sean Milsom
Construction & Design Specialist
With over 17 years of experience across the construction and architectural design industries, Sean Milsom stands as a cornerstone of Straight Paving Landscape Construction’s vision — where craftsmanship, creativity, and precision meet.
Holding a BSc (Hons) in Architectural Technology (2012), Sean has managed and delivered an extensive range of projects across residential, commercial, and public sectors, including high-end custom homes, large-scale developments, schools, and civic facilities. His background spans construction management, site supervision, estimating & quantity surveying, supported by a refined understanding of design and detailing.
Sean’s approach is both technical and artistic — every project he oversees reflects his commitment to structure, flow, and aesthetic integrity. Whether it’s transforming a home exterior or managing complex site operations, he ensures the finish aligns perfectly with the Straight Paving philosophy of balance between built form and natural landscape.
